They offer competitive compensation and excellent benefits.Someone with the right skill-set and work ethic could have the opportunity for tremendous growth within the organization!Responsibilities:Meet with clients, attend municipal meetings, provide engineering supportResolve design challengesApply specialized technical expertise on a broad range of design tasks relating to municipal engineering, including water main, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, roadways, and downtown developmentProvide direction and supervision to staff to complete plans, permit applications, construction documents and construction managementSupport marketing and business developmentDevelop plans and proposalsRequirements:B.S., Civil Engineering or related fieldPE required10+ year's of experienceUnderstanding on preparing EGLE and other permitsAn understanding and familiarity with local standards and agency permitting requirements, including MDOT Local Agency Program requirementsExperience developing bid books and specifications.Ability to manage a project schedule, budget and project teamWhat they have for you:Collaborative work environmentGenerous PTO program and paid holidaysFlex time scheduling and hybrid opportunityOvertime pay at time and half**All Inquiries are Confidential**My name is Jennifer Lefforge and I place professionals at all levels across the country.
