Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly as they enter the parts department.
Accurately identify and locate automotive parts based on customer needs, vehicle information, or part numbers.
Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on parts, accessories, and related services.
Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in pricing and product selection.
Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and display areas.
Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both retail and shop customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Counterperson.
Deep knowledge of automotive parts, including OEM and aftermarket options.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and electronic parts catalogs (EPCs).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
Valid driver's license.
