Staff Recruiter

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top dental professionals and support staff to meet the staffing needs of the organization’s multi-state operations. This includes building relationships with candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The role supports the organization’s growth by identifying talent that aligns with clinical excellence, culture, and long-term organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment for clinical and non‑clinical positions across multiple states Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and industry contacts Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with hiring managers Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future needs Partner with practice leadership to understand staffing needs and workforce planning goals Ensure compliance with employment laws, credentialing requirements, and organizational policies Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, reporting, and candidate documentation Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Requirements 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or dental organizations Experience recruiting for healthcare roles is a nice addition Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across different locations Willingness to travel to support multi‑state practice recruitment as needed Achieving hiring goals in alignment with departmental and corporate growth plans Reduce time‑to‑fill and improve candidate quality and retention Provide professional and positive candidate experience at all touchpoints Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations Actively contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools Benefits BCBS High Deductible & PPO Medical insurance Options VSP Vision Coverage Complimentary Life Insurance Policy Short‑term & Long‑Term Disability Pet Insurance Coverage 401(k) Plan Identity Theft Protection Legal Services Package Hospital/Accident/Critical Care Coverage Paid Time Off Diverse and Inclusive Work Environment Strong culture of honesty and teamwork About Us Specialty1 Partners is a practice services organization committed to providing non‑clinical, business support services to the nation’s leading specialty dental practices.
