Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Albuquerque, New Mexico

This local, travel temporary assignment starts on 09/01/2026 and runs for 5 weeks in a long-term care nursing facility. The position offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with a pay range of $826-$873 per week. Shifts are 3x12 hours on nights (18:00–06:30). Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under supervision, including monitoring, medication administration per orders, and routine treatments.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, ensuring safety and dignity.
- Document care provided and patient responses in the electronic medical record; perform accurate handoffs at shift change.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and report to supervising RN or physician promptly.
- Maintain infection control practices, promote safety, and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and support resident well-being.

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (state requirements apply)
- Availability to start on 09/01/2026 and complete a 5-week assignment
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts (18:00–06:30) in a long-term care setting
- Local candidates preferred; Albuquerque area location
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; reliable and able to adhere to shift schedules
