Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with emergency room experience to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations to stabilize patients.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current nursing license valid in the state of assignment.
• Possess at least two years of recent ER experience.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency clinical procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work day shift for 36 hours per week.
• TNCC certification preferred.
