Overview
ICU Registered Nurse – Travel assignment in Fort Bragg, CA. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,772–$1,862 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Setting: critical access hospital.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinates care with other disciplines.
- Monitor patient status, analyze data, and implement plans to attain outcomes; adjust as needed.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide a safe, healing environment; provide patient education.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the care team.
- Maintain documentation, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced critical care setting.

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (CA) required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; CPR or BLS per policy required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- PALS certification preferred.
- At least two years of recent ICU/acute care experience; BSN preferred.
- Ability to perform in a critical care environment and to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
