We Are Hiring – Patient Registrar
We are seeking experienced Patient Registrars for a 22-week assignment opportunity in a fast-paced healthcare environment!
Location- Cortlandt Manor,10567
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (based on department needs)
✅ Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year clerical experience required (5+ years strongly preferred)
• EPIC experience preferred
• Strong data entry skills (4500 keystrokes required)
• Knowledge of health insurance benefits & requirements
• ICD-9 / CPT-4 coding knowledge preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
• Patient registration and intake
• Insurance verification and data entry
• Scheduling and updating patient records
• Providing excellent patient/customer service support
• Managing inbound calls and administrative tasks
