Senior Healthcare Data Architect / Lead Modeler

Salary: $62,400 - 83,200 per year Requirements:

• You will lead data architecture, data modeling, and data movement efforts to strengthen our data warehouse architecture for healthcare analytics.
• You will define how logical designs translate into physical databases and how data flows through each stage.
• You will analyze business needs and convert them into durable data models and solution designs.
• You will review existing data systems and work with our development team to build conceptual data models and data flows.
• You will help ensure our data strategies and architectures remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• You will identify policy or procedure changes needed to improve governance and compliance.
• You will oversee data source mapping, data movement, interfaces, and analytics to support data quality.
• You will create and maintain data model and metadata policies and procedures for functional design.
• You will provide technical guidance to ETL architects, business SMEs, and other stakeholders throughout the architecture and implementation lifecycle.
• You will recommend scalable, high-performance data solutions for data marts, data warehouses, data mining, and advanced analytics.
• You will resolve data-related integration and compatibility issues across multiple platforms.
• You will help define testing criteria to ensure the accuracy and performance of our data architecture.
• You will document our data architecture and enterprise environment to support a single version of the truth and future analytical growth.
• You will communicate promptly with customers and project teams, escalating issues and risks as needed.

This is a telecommute contract role with standard work hours from 8am to 5pm.
