Marketing Campaign Coordinator

This entry-level position will support the Marketing Team with the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to guarantee on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute exhibitions and trade shows, handling logistics and on-site coordination.
• Oversee production, procurement, inventory, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, giveaways, promotional items).
• Manage application, logistics, inventory, and distribution of marketing samples.
• Collaborate with brand, channel, product, and retail marketing to maintain alignment and consistency.
• Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, presentations, documentation, calendar management, travel and expenses as needed.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal progress tracking, regulations, and standardized IMC processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Some experience within the Marketing field
• Some experience with media relations
• Experience with Microsoft Office
