Senior Level Case Manager

ProSidian is seeking a Senior Level Case Manager for program support on a contract basis located in Charlotte, NC across the Mid Atlantic region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Case Manager Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position.

Job Overview

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services (Senior Level Case Manager) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). Generally located in CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide counseling and guidance on available services.
• Conduct outreach and community engagement.
• Develop individualized support plans.
• Advocate for client needs with agencies and partners.
• Monitor progress and follow up on referrals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of community service programs and case management.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of human services experience.

Skills Required

• Case management, advocacy, problem-solving.

Competencies Required

• Resilience, active listening, client-centered focus.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• Coordinates group workshops on life skills.
• Tracks service delivery outcomes for reporting.

Other Details

• May work evenings/weekends for community events.
