Job Description
My-Tee Automotive Service is seeking a full-time Service Writer with a solid background in automotive repair to join our busy counter team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a small service team and use specialized software to coordinate service and communicate effectively with customers daily.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers in person daily to understand service needs
Schedule automotive services efficiently
Coordinate repair activities between customers, technicians, and parts suppliers
Order required parts timely to ensure smooth service flow
Prepare accurate invoices and generate detailed estimates
Follow up on completed services to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain thorough documentation of service orders and communications
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
Communicate effectively with the small shop team (1-5 members) to keep service running smoothly

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in automotive service writing
Associate degree in Automotive Technology or related field
Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Accurate data entry skills
