Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy to clients dealing with personal and relational challenges, facilitating their journey toward resolution and healing.

• Conduct group therapy sessions designed to enhance interpersonal skills and support group dynamics, ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

• Engage with families in therapy, exploring family dynamics and improving communication to foster healthier relationships.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders using diagnostic interviews, collateral information, and standardized assessment tools.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic treatment goals, regularly monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services, including emergency resources and referrals to other professionals when needed.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring adherence to state regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular professional development opportunities, staying abreast of advancements in mental health therapy and modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families in the Hartford area seeking support for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our diverse client population may present a wide range of needs, requiring an adaptable and knowledgeable approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of four years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
