Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines.
- Utilizes critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care.
- Documents and communicates patient status, care plans, and changes to the care team.
- Maintains patient safety, comfort, and quality of care within an outpatient setting.

Requirements
- Ability to deliver direct patient care in an outpatient nursing setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Supervisory or leadership experience with nursing staff.
- Effective communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work the 4x10-hour day shift and participate in a travel assignment.
