  Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department - LEVEL 1 TRAUMA CENTER

  Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC FT for 6 months with the option to extend. Schedule would consist of either 5x8's or 2x8's and 2x12's

\n
• \n

  Case Mix: All but peds, hearts, and OB. Spinals and epidurals are not required

\n
• \n

  Support Staff/Supervision: Medical Direction

\n
• \n

  Credentialing Time-Frame: 90-120 days

\n
• \n

  Active Texas License: Must have TX license in order to submit
