Playwright Automation QA Lead with Salesforce

Job Title : Playwright Automation QA LeadLocation USA - Remote Experience 10 to 15 YearsTechnical Skills PrimaryMust have experience in Playwright with JavaScript and have lead automation teamsGood to have Perform comprehensive testing of PnC Insurance domain agent portals applications to ensure high quality accuracy and functionalityGood to have experience on Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLMDevelop and execute detailed test plans test cases and test scripts for both manual and automated testingCollaborate with developers business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and technical deliverablesIdentify document and track defects using standard tools and methodologies ensuring timely resolutionEnsure adherence to industry best practices and organizational quality standardsAnalyze test results and prepare clear insightful test reports for stakeholdersParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and increase automation coverageUtilize Salesforce test automation tools to improve testing efficiency and consistencyStay updated with the latest automation salesforce enhancements and testing techniquesRoles and responsibilitiesLead end to end testing activities for Salesforce Sales CPQ and CLM cloud Insurance domain applicationsDesign and implement test automation frameworks and automation scripts using Playwright or similar toolsCoordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure timely delivery of testing milestonesMentor and guide junior testers on best practices tools and technical skill developmentCollaborate with development teams to assess product changes and their impact on testing scopeManage the defect lifecycle from identification through resolution with clear stakeholder communicationDrive quality assurance processes contributing to test strategy planning and executionConduct regression integration system and UAT testing as requiredProvide regular status updates risk assessments and progress reports to project management and leadership
