Clinical Nurse

Role Overview Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences, cultural, emotional, and spiritual needs. Utilizes critical nursing skills to evaluate physical and psychosocial needs and communicates care plans across the continuum. This safety-sensitive role requires constant alertness and safe work practices. Qualifications Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; RN license essential; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years of experience preferred for higher education levels. Preferred Skills: ICU or critical care experience is advantageous.
