Billing Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry, possessing the analytical rigor to manage complex data and the communication skills to navigate client and colleague interactions effectively. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities while utilizing industry-standard software to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Utilize APX and internal proprietary systems to manage financial data and workflows efficiently.

Communication: Serve as a professional point of contact, handling inquiries and problem-solving scenarios with both clients and internal stakeholders.

Task Coordination: Balance multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict organizational standards and accuracy.

Data Oversight: Apply strong mathematical skills to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and transactional processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience within the financial services or a related industry.

Technical Proficiency: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Problem Solving: Proven ability to resolve complex issues and manage difficult situations with a calm, professional demeanor.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Mathematical Aptitude: Strong foundational math skills required for financial calculations and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications
Active Series 7 license is highly preferred.
