- Typical schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
- Salary: $60,000 per year
- This position may require occasional after-hours phone calls or schedule adjustments to address urgent installation, customer, or installer needs.
- Schedule residential and commercial flooring installations.
- Coordinate daily schedules with installers and subcontractors.
- Communicate with customers regarding installation dates, changes, and expectations.
- Work closely with sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs.
- Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules as needed.
- Maintain accurate job information and scheduling records in RFMS.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts while providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with service and warranty scheduling when needed.
- Previous flooring industry experience is required .
- Experience using RFMS is preferred .
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
