Billing Analyst

Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite) Duration: 6 Months We are looking for a Billing Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, contracts, or financial analysis. Key Responsibilities: Run SAP reports for actual contract costs. Review contracts to determine billing and invoicing requirements. Prepare and track invoices. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments. Perform billing analysis and support financial reporting. Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of billing, invoicing, contracts, or financial analysis experience. Experience working with contracts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with invoicing and payment tracking. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel required); knowledge of Project or Visio is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
