Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Reports to: Director of Sales, Southeast Division

Location: South Florida Region

Fuel your career with purpose! Medtrition is looking for a high-energy RSM to drive growth in enteral feeding, bowel management, dysphagia, wound care, food service, and beyond. As a RSM, you’ll partner with registered dietitians (RD), nurses, pharmacists, infection control, wound care, and food service teams to champion evidence-based nutrition that transforms patient outcomes. You’ll run a territory with an existing, strong book of business, grow revenue in existing customers and acquire new customers with key technology across multiple categories of products.

What success looks like in this role: Conduct in-person meetings with clearly defined targets, win hospital formulary approvals, expand adoption in ICUs and long-term care, get our products on the Medication Administration Record (MAR), and build lasting partnerships with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Execute on a business plan of 5 days/week field engagement and with a defined weekly target call goal
• Manage active deals in a dynamic pipeline in HubSpot
• Drive economic impact data and initiatives through system-wide implementation
• Accelerate sales opportunities through the Medtrition sales process
• Drive territory growth by achieving assigned sales quota through new customer acquisition and expansion within acute care, long-term care, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), national accounts, and distribution partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including registered dietitians, nursing, pharmacy, wound care, food service, and purchasing departments
• Communicate Medtrition’s value proposition and conduct in-services to train healthcare providers on product use, benefits, and clinical applications
• Develop and execute territory business plans, track conversions, and maintain accurate data in the CRM to optimize pipeline management and forecasting.
• Leverage Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO) contracts, distribution channels, and national accounts to maximize product adoption and profitability
• Represent Medtrition at sales meetings, trainings, trade shows, and conferences while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and quality standards

• Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

Education and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, account management or customer engagement, with preference given to experience in industries related to healthcare
• Formal sales process and sales technique training
