This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the US, with a preference for those near major airport hubs to facilitate travel, which is expected to range between 30-60%. Oversee onsite testing and preparation of robot fleet. Coordinate across cross-functional teams (engineering, solutions, operations, and customer sales) to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables. Lead project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient deployment. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Collaborate with external customers to understand their specific requirements, provide technical expertise, and offer solutions that meet their operational needs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout conducting internal lessons learned and documenting proposed process changes. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Business, or other related fields. ~5+ years of professional experience in project or program management; maintain end-to-end accountability for a portfolio of 1-3 concurrent projects, leading each project through the full lifecycle - from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and controlling and closeout while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, resource and stakeholder objectives ~ Experience leading deployments of robotics, automation or other innovative technologies in warehouses, manufacturing, or healthcare sectors. ~ Strong understanding of robotic systems, automation, hardware/software integration, and related deployment methodologies. ~ Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers. ~ Proven experience building strong customer relationships built on trust and reliability. ~ Skilled in creating detailed operational workflows, training materials, and documentation. ~ Willingness to travel (30-60%) for customer visits and onsite implementation activities. ~ Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or other related field. Successfully introduced multiple robotic systems into pathways through production. Prior experience in managing concurrent pilot programs. Innovative problem-solving skills, with experience in streamlining deployment processes. The annual base salary range for this position is [$150,000-$180,000] plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k) plan, unlimited paid vacation time, paid sick leave, and parental leave. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the noted geographic area. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
