Senior Manager, Strategy

Drive strategic brand initiatives, manage category innovation projects, support brand management, and serve as key operational support to the Global VP of Kimpton and Hotel Indigo and the Head of Luxury and Lifestyle Brand Delivery, Americas. Your day to day * Manages cross-functional innovation projects (e.g., planning, brand enhancements, etc.).

• Defines and adapts brand operating models and governance process.
• Aligns brand and functional teams.
• Develops roadmaps, KPIs, and initiative tracking.
• Supports select brand initiatives and strategy development.
• Acts as flexible support for Luxury and Lifestyle brand initiatives.
• Oversees brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities,

globally and regionally.

• Delivers brand project dashboards and strategic updates.
• Coordinates and supports leadership initiatives for VP, Luxury Brands.
• Prepares briefings, meeting decks, and key communications across luxury and

lifestyle teams. * Drives alignment and follow-through on initiatives. What we need from you * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Brand Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Studies, or a related field. MBA is desirable * 4 to 8 years experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, insights, or analytics

• Exposure to working across geographies.
• Experience in the luxury industry and understanding luxury consumer

preferences.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Involvement in brand management and brand experience programs.
• Experience in strategic communications, both internal and external.
• Experience in operations (preferred but not required).
• Comfortable with brand management principles.
• Understanding of luxury products, trends, and aesthetics.
• Solid project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work well with internal and external

stakeholders. * Basic understanding of market research processes. Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office.  This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business. The salary range for this role is $120,000.00 to $135,000.00.
