Marketing Proposal CoordinatorKPFF is seeking a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role supports proposal and pursuit efforts and contributes to the development of marketing materials across the firm.The Marketing Proposal Coordinator works closely with Principals, clients, engineers, and internal teams to prepare proposals, coordinate deadlines, and produce client-facing deliverables. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Benefits include 7 paid holidays, 2 floating holidays, 2 weeks of vacation annually, 2 weeks of personal and sick time, 401(k) contribution, Paid Family Leave, flexible scheduling, professional certification bonus, monthly cell phone stipend, monthly Way We Work stipend, medical insurance options, semi-annual bonuses, and opportunities for educational events.The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience.Responsibilities include supporting the preparation of proposals, coordinating deadlines, collaborating with technical staff, drafting and editing proposal narratives, formatting and assembling documents, producing polished deliverables, communicating with clients and KPFF Principals, maintaining staff resumes and project sheets, ensuring consistency and quality, and supporting team efforts to meet deadlines.Minimum requirements include 3+ years of marketing experience, an associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines, and availability to work standard business hours.Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, experience with Unanet or similar CRM systems, familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, experience with workload or task tracking systems.Work style and expectations include professionalism, reliability, accountability, taking ownership of work, clear and proactive communication, ability to manage responsibilities independently, comfort working with busy leadership, maintaining a calm approach under pressure, strong attention to detail and organization, and a humble and collaborative working style.Application process requires submitting a resume, most current transcripts, and a cover letter addressing work ethic and a successful team experience.Physical demands and work environment include in-person attendance Monday through Friday, typical office environment, ability to engage with a computer for several hours per day, occasional lifting up to 15 lbs, and transition to a hybrid work schedule after training.
