Accounts SpecialistThe Accounts Specialist plays a vital role in advancing the ministry's mission by ensuring accurate, efficient, and reliable daily financial and administrative functions. Responsibilities include accurately processing all accounts receivable transactions, preparing and distributing timely monthly billing statements, receiving and reviewing invoices, providing support to affiliates regarding accounts, delivering reconciled month-end reports, overseeing operations of the ATC online store, monitoring and managing inventory, coordinating with internal departments, administering and processing grants, assisting with credit card reconciliation, and providing backup phone coverage.Requirements include a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with QuickBooks Online strongly preferred, strong time management skills, self-motivated and proactive, excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrated technological aptitude.Benefits include dental and vision insurance with 80% employer coverage, optional Aflac supplemental insurance, and a 403(b) retirement plan with a 3% employer match after a 90-day evaluation period.
