This leadership position focuses on managing key channel partners, strengthening end-user relationships, and driving market expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with foodservice dealers, consultants, chain operators, and end-user accounts to identify opportunities, support equipment specification efforts, and increase market share. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory growth strategies across multiple Midwest states Manage and strengthen relationships with dealer and distribution partners Build relationships with regional and national chain accounts, convenience store operators, and foodservice customers Deliver consultative equipment solutions that improve customer operations and profitability Conduct joint sales calls, product demonstrations, and customer presentations Collaborate with marketing, product management, engineering, and operations teams to support customer initiatives Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities Provide training and support to dealer sales teams and channel partners Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings Manage territory planning, forecasting, and account development activities What We're Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience within commercial foodservice equipment, foodservice supplies, restaurant equipment, or adjacent industries Strong experience managing dealer, distributor, rep group, or channel relationships Experience working directly with end users, chain operators, or multi-unit accounts preferred Proven ability to develop territory growth strategies and execute against sales goals Strong consultative selling, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams Experience utilizing CRM systems and sales analytics tools Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% throughout the territory The Ideal Candidate You are equal parts relationship builder and growth driver.
