Physical Therapist

Job Description
We are seeking adedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join ourhealthcare team. The Physical Therapist will be responsible forevaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans,and delivering therapeutic interventions to help patients regainmobility, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. Thisrole requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communicationskills, and a patient-first approach to care.

Responsibilities:
•Evaluate and assesspatients' physical conditions, medical histories, and functional abilities.
•Develop and implementindividualized treatment plans to address mobility, strength,endurance, and functional goals.
•Administer therapeuticexercises, manual therapy, and other physical therapy techniques.
•Educate patients andfamilies on treatment plans, exercise programs, and strategiesfor injury prevention.
•Collaborate withphysicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinatepatient care.
•Track and documentpatient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
•Ensure compliance withall safety, health, and regulatory standards.
•Promote patientindependence and encourage active participation in rehabilitation.

Requirements
•Current state licenseto practice as a Physical Therapist.
•1-2 years of clinicalexperience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply).
•Strong knowledge ofphysical therapy techniques, rehabilitation practices, andpatient care standards.
•Excellentcommunication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
•Ability to workindependently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Certifications/Licenses:
•Current state PhysicalTherapist license (required).
•Basic Life Support(BLS) certification.
