V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Data Analyst 4 for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia.

Knowledge And Skills

Clinical workflow documentation

• Documenting current workflows, identifying gaps, supporting staff-facing improvements, and contributing to standardization across state facilities. Establish documented inventory of HSU clinical workflows in EHR with prioritized improvement recommendations.

Data extraction, analysis and visualization

• Pulling data from the EHR to answer clinical and operational questions and validating it against reliable data sets. Building reporting that informs practice, and otherwise visualizing data that supports leadership decision-making with evidence. Establish practice for clinical data extraction and reporting with some completed reports answering live HSU questions

What You’ll Do

Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience answering clinical questions into analysis of data from an electronic health record system.
• Demonstrated experience validating EHR data with outside data sources
• Demonstrated experience validating EHR data through triangulation with other data within the EHR
• Demonstrated experience documenting workflows from clinical practice into EHR data entry and data management.
