Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular wellness checks via telehealth to assess client progress and well-being, documenting observations and providing immediate feedback when necessary.

• Support other clinical team members by stepping in during their absence, providing continuity of care and furthering a collaborative team dynamic.

• Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review Department and the Business Department to manage authorizations and payment processes, advocating for client care and ensuring they receive the benefits entitled to them.

• Engage with community resources on behalf of clients, helping them navigate services related to health, housing, and support systems as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients in the detoxification process, many of whom experience co-occurring disorders that complicate their recovery efforts. Qualifications\n
