Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, aimed at addressing clients’ mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with fellow treatment team members, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Continuously engage in professional development and stay informed about the latest research and trends in social work and mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse clients facing various mental health disorders, including those who have experienced trauma, suffer from anxiety, or struggle with depression. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• An active LCSW license in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
