Strategic Customer Success Manager: Scale Key Accounts

Ambrook

A financial technology startup is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build and manage relationships with approximately 300 strategic accounts. You will be responsible for teaching customer relationship excellence and creating a playbook for service. The ideal candidate is data-driven and has experience in customer success, with a strong ability to communicate and build trust.
