Salesforce Technical Lead, a full-time position, is responsible for owning the technical direction of the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring best practices and scalable solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural principles Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions Provide technical guidance to teams and oversee Salesforce releases, including updates and feature evaluations Required Qualifications 6+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architecture-focused role Multiple Salesforce certifications, including Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder Proven track record in designing scalable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development Hands-on experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce and CI/CD processes Experience in a multi-environment setup with a well-defined release process
