Hardworking, Reliable Loader/Unloader Needed We're hiring a hardworking, reliable Loader/Unloader to join our Daniels medical waste transfer station team in Stow, OH. This is a highly physical, fast-paced role and a critical part of keeping healthcare facilities running safely and efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, don't mind lifting throughout the day, and take pride in being the person who keeps operations movingthis could be a great fit. What will your job involve? Load and unload trucks daily, handling regulated medical waste and sharps containers Repeatedly lift 5075 lb containers throughout your shift Push and maneuver four-wheeled carts weighing up to 200 lbs Weigh incoming waste using our Weighbridge system Prepare, pack, and stage outgoing customer orders for transport Complete required paperwork accurately and on time Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with your teammates to ensure all transports are ready on schedule What are we looking for? Previous experience in a labor-intensive or warehouse environment Comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting all day Strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude Dependable, punctual, and able to work quickly without cutting corners Team-orientedwe succeed together A stable work history and commitment to showing up every day ready to work Why work for us?
