We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group, we are looking for outgoing and driven hospitality professionals! Restaurant Manager Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of experience demonstrating leadership Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years Effective experience managing P&L statements of $2M+ Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to move up the ranks Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Traits Hands‑on management style and willing to work on the floor daily Strong attention to detail Comfortable with coaching, driving excellence Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams High energy, positive, and passionate about hospitality Restaurant Manager Benefits Attainable bonus structure paid quarterly based off EBITDA Internal growth opportunities to Managing Partner 401k, and company match Comprehensive healthcare package #J-18808-Ljbffr
