Avamere Communities in Sherwood, OR is seeking a Business Office Manager to lead non-clinical admin, financial and HR systems for an independent living, assisted living and memory care community. You will oversee billing, payroll, benefits and regulatory compliance while supporting residents, families and staff. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will supervise front desk staff, manage Medicaid and private pay processes, maintain accurate records and ensure HIPAA compliance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
