Job Description

• Perform day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth back-office processes in the banking and financial services department.
• Reconcile financial transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Support the preparation and review of financial reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity within the system.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline back-office functions.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to banking and financial services operations.
