Job Description As the San Francisco Market Manager, you will launch and scale 8Fleet Inc.’s operations in a critical new market. You’ll own the P&L, manage fleet growth, and lead driver operations from the ground up. This role combines high-level strategic planning with deep-dive execution, requiring a founder’s mindset to drive operational excellence and profitability. Work directly with a leadership team of early Uber executives who possess deep expertise in scaling global rideshare operations. Earn meaningful equity in a growth-stage startup that is already an official Uber partner and positioned for the autonomous vehicle transition. What You Will Do Own the San Francisco P&L, managing all financial and operational metrics to maximize revenue, fleet utilization, and profit. Lead end-to-end fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance programs, driver scheduling, and the execution of safety and compliance audits. Partner with the growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a high-performing driver base while fostering a supportive workplace culture. The ideal candidate Brings 2 years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of delivering against P&L goals. Has 2 years of people management experience with the ability to lead diverse teams and a willingness to work on-site five days a week.
