Key Qualifications:

• Current California CTC Certification in Moderate/Severe required
• Special Education teaching experience, particularly in early elementary preferred
• Thorough understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and collaborative skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction tailored to students with moderate to severe learning, emotional, and developmental needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals in coordination with a multidisciplinary team
• Employ evidence-based strategies to support communication, academic, and social-emotional progress
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching methods to different learning styles
