This is an excellent opportunity to support high-level talent operations in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As part of the Senior Legal Development team, you\'ll provide critical administrative and operational support across a range of initiatives—from onboarding senior attorneys to managing performance evaluations and HRIS data. Responsibilities Manage onboarding for lateral partners and counsel, including schedules, materials, and HR documentation Coordinate logistics for senior lawyer orientation sessions (Zoom/in-person), including scheduling and materials Support senior attorney performance evaluations by managing system inputs, reports, and reminders Oversee HRIS (Workday) entries for hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leaves Provide administrative support to the Contribution Committee in coordination with the Chief of Staff Maintain organized records and trackers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely follow-up across all processes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent-related initiatives Qualifications 1+ year of administrative experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Strong interest in Human Resources or Talent Development Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Workday (HRIS) a plus Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for working with attorneys and internal teams Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Other Industries Law Practice and Legal Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
