Account Manager

Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Learning relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, inventory management, company computer systems, processes, and procedures. Creating and conducting effective presentations (company profile, product roadmap, and value proposition) that inspire prospective customers to partner with the company. Answering customers' questions about products, prices, and availability. Meeting all sales objectives and handling all aspects of completing the sale process, including paperwork. Managing good business relationships, providing prompt customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction. Assists with developing sales and market projections, and monitoring the selling and pricing structure of materials daily to ensure maximum profits. Managing all communication with customers, including the resolution of conflicts, orders, and returns, and recommending solutions. Work closely and lead communication with the project management team and customers to identify the quality standards and expectations. Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders, and notifying managers and customers. Report to the Senior Director of Sales, providing regular status updates on all account activities.
