Hardware Implementation Manager

Responsibilities Plan and execute upload station and fleet rollouts across multiple cities and hubs Define rollout timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deployment sequences Ensure readiness across upload station hardware, connectivity interfaces, vehicle systems, and operations Coordinate installation, commissioning, and handover of upload station IT hardware Ensure site readiness including power, space, network access, and physical security Drive alignment between local operations, vehicle teams, vendors, and connectivity stakeholders Coordinate issue resolution across upload station hardware, connectivity, and operations during rollout phases Requirements 7–10+ years in connectivity, telecom, automotive, or embedded systems B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams Strong system-level thinking Strategic thinking with execution focus Ability to manage ambiguity and drive alignment Ability to work in cross-functional agile teams Stakeholder and supplier coordination skills Analytical debugging and problem-solving mindset Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in planning and executing rollout strategies for upload stations and fleet operations, ensuring readiness across hardware, connectivity, and vehicle systems.
