Job Overview

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-established Dubuque-area company to hire a Maintenance Administrative Assistant!

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional to support the maintenance department with administrative, payroll, and accounting functions. This is a part-time opportunity (30 hours/week) with flexible daytime hours and the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track property inspections

• Support daily maintenance operations

• Process timesheets, payroll reports, and maintenance billings

• Prepare tenant invoices and maintain records

• Perform bank reconciliations and track COI renewals

• Organize work orders and filing systems

• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of administrative, office, payroll, accounting, or property management experience preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

• Ability to manage confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
