Position Overview
We are seeking a Communications Associate to support outreach initiatives and customer engagement activities. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Support communication initiatives that enhance customer engagement.
* Build positive relationships with customers during outreach activities.
* Assist with promotional campaigns and community engagement efforts.
* Collaborate with team members to accomplish communication goals.
* Maintain organized communication records.
* Represent the company professionally at promotional activities.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
