Sales Enablement Lead

Beast Industries (founded by Jimmy Donaldson, MrBeast) seeks its first AI Enablement Lead to drive how AI is adopted across the company, co-building AI workflows and tools alongside teams rather than delivering traditional training. Location — Seniority Lead What you\'ll do Responsibilities Embed with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact AI opportunities Co-build AI workflows, automations, and tools alongside team members Target efficiency gains in finance, legal, HR, media production, and consumer products Measure outcomes through time saved, cost avoided, and quality improvements Facilitate department showcases and competitions Integrate AI proficiency into hiring and performance management Stay current with emerging AI tools and trends What you\'ll need Experience Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, automations, internal tools) Ability to demonstrate personal AI projects Proficiency across the stack: prompt engineering, data architecture, evaluation, deployment Strong product and systems thinking Excellent communication and self-directed problem-solving Bonus: developer relations, solutions engineering, or forward-deployed engineering background; track record of organizational tool adoption; public AI community presence #J-18808-Ljbffr
