Team members join a growing organization focused on secure, modern financial services for global customers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Manager role based in San Juan. The Compliance Manager will oversee the bank’s client facing compliance department. This role requires a strong organizational skill, including process management, performance management and cross functional reporting and collaboration. The role will oversee onboarding, periodic reviews and other client facing compliance roles and team members. Qualifications Strong knowledge of banking, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks (e.g., OCIF regulations, AML, KYC, sanctions). Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance policies, procedures, and controls. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a regulated financial environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports and deliver training. Experience working with digital banking or fintech products, multi-currency accounts, and international payments is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at different levels. Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional compliance certifications (e.g., CAMS, CRCM) are a plus.
