Overview
Registered Nurse – ICU traveling assignment in Sonora, California. Start date 08/31/2026 for a 13-week engagement in a short-term acute care hospital setting. Night shift (3x12-hour shifts) with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Weekly pay range between $1,677 and $1,754. This travel - temporary assignment is supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or patient group using established standards, the nursing process, and clinical judgment.
- Monitor patient status, interpret data, and adjust care plans to achieve expected outcomes.
- Administer medications and therapies per physician orders, and document care accurately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.
- Participate in discharge planning, patient/family education, and transitions of care to ensure continuity.
- Maintain a safe, healing environment and provide learning opportunities for patients, families, and team members.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California (or in state of practice with eligibility to obtain CA license)
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS credentials required (AHA/ARC or approved vendors)
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN acceptable with substantial ICU experience)
- Ability to work in a high-acuity ICU setting on a night shift schedule
