Maintain payroll operations and ensure payroll continuity during system implementation activities. Execute and monitor SOX controls related to payroll processes. Participate in SAP SuccessFactors workshops, UAT testing, and go-live readiness activities. Collaborate with the accounting team on payroll accounting and balance sheet-related matters. Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested.Qualifications for the Senior Payroll Specialist:5+ years of payroll experience. Strong expertise with ADP Vantage (ADP Workforce Now experience also considered). Knowledge of SOX compliance and payroll controls. Experience with payroll accounting and accounting team collaboration.
