Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Detroit, MI. This part-time weekend role offers meaningful patient relationships within a collaborative care setting. Qualified providers must hold an active NP/PA/Physician license, with Michigan licensure in good standing and at least 6 months of long-term care experience.
