Take-Two
Who We Are Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. The Company develops and publishes products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, Private Division, and Zynga. Our products are currently designed for console gaming systems, PC, and Mobile, including smartphones and tablets, and are delivered through physical retail, digital download, online platforms, and cloud streaming services. The Company’s common stock is publicly traded on NASDAQ under the symbol TTWO. While our offices (physical and virtual) are casual and inviting, we are deeply committed to our core tenets of creativity, innovation and efficiency, and individual and team development opportunities. Our industry and business are continually evolving and fast-paced, providing numerous opportunities to learn and hone your skills. We work hard, but we also like to have fun, and believe that we provide a great place to come to work each day to pursue your passions. The Challenge We are looking for that rare candidate who is comfortable operating as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Manager depending on what the team and the work require. You understand agile delivery, but you are practical about how it should be applied. You know that infrastructure work does not always fit neatly into a software sprint model, and you can help teams improve flow, predictability, and accountability while respecting the realities of operational demand, unplanned work, cross-team dependencies, and urgent business needs. The ideal candidate communicates clearly, organizes complex technical work, secures commitments, manages risks, identifies the critical path, spots edge cases, and keeps stakeholders aligned. You are not here to own the technical work for the team or create processes for the sake of process. You are here to make the team more effective, create visibility where it matters, and help infrastructure leaders and engineers move forward in the face of ambiguity and imperfect information. What You’ll Take On Proactive Problem-solving : First and foremost you are a problem-solver. You work with infrastructure teams to keep work moving, remove blockers, escrow impediments at the right level, and help the team get to the best possible outcome for the business. Agile Facilitation : You facilitate the right conversations at the right time, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, dependency reviews, Kanban flow discussions, and other working sessions that help the team stay focused and aligned. Practical Delivery Leadership : You help teams plan, sequence, and deliver committed work while maintaining visibility into operational demand and unplanned work. You understand when a lightweight agile approach is enough and when a more structured project delivery motion is needed. Efficient and Effective : You are here to help teams deliver, not to create busywork. You simplify where you can, protect engineering time, and use reporting, meetings, and documentation only when they help the team or stakeholders make better decisions. Exemplary Communication : Your written and verbal communication skills are strong. You can translate complex infrastructure delivery status into clear updates for technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders. You communicate through data, dates, risks, dependencies, and facts. Adaptable : You can move between Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, and Delivery Manager modes depending on what the work requires. You are comfortable facilitating team ceremonies, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, preparing stakeholder updates, and coordinating implementation readiness. Team Flow and Continuous Improvement : You help teams improve how work flows through Jira, Confluence, Airtable and other delivery tools. You support backlog hygiene, intake routines, working agreements, definitions of ready and done, and lightweight metrics that improve planning and decision‑making. Technical Credibility : You are comfortable working with infrastructure teams across areas such as networking, cloud, hosting, endpoint management, media systems, global support, security, telecommunications, virtualization, and enterprise platforms. You do not need to be the technical expert, but you need to understand enough to ask good questions and recognize risk. Self‑starter : You are able to move forward in ambiguous environments without waiting for perfect information. You can identify what needs to happen next, bring the right people together, and create enough structure for teams to make progress. Open and Collaborative : You build trust with engineers, managers, product owners, technical leads, vendors, and business stakeholders. You share information early, help people make informed decisions, and support accountability without taking ownership away from the team. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in place of a degree. At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles within IT or enterprise technology environments. Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, operations, cloud, networking, security, endpoint, service management, or enterprise technology teams. This role is focused on infrastructure and enterprise technology delivery, not direct software engineering management. Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, agile planning, backlog management, dependency management, retrospectives, team metrics, and continuous improvement practices. Demonstrated ability to support teams with intake, prioritization, work sequencing, risk management, capacity conversations, unplanned work visibility, and delivery health reporting. Ability to distinguish between owning the delivery process and owning the technical work. This role facilitates flow and accountability but does not assign technical tasks or replace the responsibilities of engineering managers or technical leads. Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and project or portfolio management tools. Experience improving team boards, workflows, reporting, and intake practices is strongly preferred. Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide conversations, surface risks, resolve ambiguity, and help technical teams and stakeholders align on priorities and next steps. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear written updates, executive summaries, schedules, RAID logs, decision records, and delivery documentation. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can shift, new work can emerge, and teams need help balancing committed delivery with operational support. Experience with change management, implementation readiness, deployment coordination, operational handoffs, and stakeholder communications in complex technical environments. Great to Have CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI‑ACP, PMP, or similar certification is a plus, but hands‑on delivery experience, team credibility, and strong communication are most important. What We Offer You Great Company Culture . Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success. Growth : As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company. Work Hard, Play Hard. Our employees bond, blow‑off steam, and flex some creative muscles – through corporate boot camp classes, company parties, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges. Benefits . Medical (HSA & FSA), dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan, commuter benefits, in‑house wellness program, broad learning & development opportunities, a charitable giving platform with company match and more! Perks . Fitness allowance, employee discount programs, free games & events and stocked pantries. Regular, full‑time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness‑related expenses.
