The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Client Services to own our fulfillment engine—SEO, Content, Google Ads, and Web. Your mission is simple: drive client retention through consistent, measurable results.
This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You’ll lead managers, scale processes, and ensure every client gets real value—not just activity.
Youre the One If
You’ve already led client services inside a performance-driven agency and know what it takes to retain demanding clients. You’re not just managing projects—you’re driving outcomes, holding teams accountable, and stepping in when things are at risk.
What Youll Do
Lead SEO, Content, Google Ads, and Web teams through their managers.
Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and weekly performance reviews.
Run weekly leadership/fulfillment calls to remove blockers and push progress.
Client Retention & Experience
Own client onboarding and set clear expectations from day one.
Step into escalations and protect key client relationships.
Deliver a high-touch, white-glove experience that drives long-term retention.
Own and execute NPS initiatives and turn feedback into action.
Partner with SEO and Paid Media leads to refine strategies and improve results.
Ensure accurate, transparent reporting (especially verified lead tracking).
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and client ROI.
Process & Scale
Build SOPs, playbooks, and scalable systems across fulfillment teams.
Optimize team structure, workload distribution, and delivery efficiency.
Continuously improve how the agency operates.
How We Measure Success
Client retention rate (primary KPI).
On-time delivery across all teams.
Fulfillment quality and performance metrics.
Speed and effectiveness of escalation resolution.
Client satisfaction and NPS.
Who You Are
Required experience:
4+ years in a

service-based digital marketing agency.
2+ years as a

Director of Client Services / Client Success (or equivalent leadership role).
Experience leading

SEO and/or Google Ads teams.
Proven track record in managing managers and holding teams accountable to KPIs.
Preferred experience:
3+ years of SEO experience.
Experience working with

law firms, home services (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, garage doors), or dental clients.
Exceptional communicator—can lead calls, influence clients, and de-escalate high-stakes situations.
Strong operator—builds systems, not just manages people.
High accountability—owns results, not excuses.
Proactive leader who creates clarity and structure in fast-paced environments.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving fast.

Base Salary:

$100,000 – $140,000 USD/year (based on experience and results).
