Senior Account Director - Agency & Client Sales (US) Location: United States (Remote)
Salary: $190K-$220K Base + Bonus

- Drive new business development across enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Build and grow strategic relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify high-value opportunities and deliver tailored client solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plans across multiple stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Proven experience selling into US B2B marketing teams
- Strong understanding of the B2B advertising and marketing ecosystem
- Existing relationships with enterprise and mid-market brands and agencies
- Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value deals
- Strong commercial acumen and consultative sales approach
- A proactive, hunter mentality with the ability to generate new business quickly
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
